Hairline, cowlicks, density, texture, growth direction. The diagnosis drives everything that follows: you learn to read it fast and explain it to the client before the scissors come out.

Scissor work and machine fades
Fades from low to high, invisible transitions, guard management and clipper-over-comb. Scissor technique: point cutting, thinning, control of the finish.

Beard sculpting and grooming
Outlines, symmetry, the beard-to-hair transition. Traditional straight-razor shaving, hot towel, skin preparation and aftercare.

Posture, ergonomics and client ritual
Tool grip, movement around the chair, economy of motion across a full day. Structuring the consultation and the service sequence, from greeting to aftercare advice.

- You need to be working in the trade. Complete beginners are better served by a formal qualification before considering advanced training.

- From a single day to several days, depending on your goals and the format. The duration is agreed with you at the quote stage.
- How much does it cost?
- By quote. The price depends on the format, the duration and the location. I reply within 48 hours.
- Do I need to bring my own tools?
- Yes. Everyone works with their own kit. That is what the technique has to be tuned to.
- Do you travel internationally?
- Yes. I travel to your shop, in France and abroad. Travel and accommodation costs are itemised in the quote.
